The mega Megapoints Competition
The megapoints competition runs throughout the Saturday of the Convention and comprises a specially written interactive fiction adventure game (text adventure to those 'more senior' members). Everyone pays £1 to enter and plays the game for 30 minutes (although it used to be 20 minutes). The aim is to score as many points as possible in the allotted time and at the end of the day, the entry fees are divided among the first three places. The games are written by a different person each year and it's a great deal of fun.
