Some of us stay for the weekend, arriving on the
Friday afternoon and departing late Sunday morning. The hotel reserves
a number of rooms for us at the special rate of £40 per person per night, to
include full English breakfast. If you wish to book a room we would
advise doing so before the end of June as the rooms go quickly.
Remember to tell the hotel staff when booking that you are to be charged the
special rate for the Adventure Convention.

Convention tickets are £15 and you should make an
initial booking by
here. We can then give you full details of how to make
payment in advance, or alternatively you can pay your £15 on the door.
However, it helps all concerned if we know you are coming in advance, and
also whether you can bring a computer or laptop. These are always in
short supply and we rely on you to bring one if you possibly can. Also
we need to know if you are bringing software for sale so we can organise a
sales table.
